Build your Compass search
We will talk through your wants, needs and preferred neighborhoods, then set up a tailored Compass search where you can save favorites and share feedback.
Tour in person or virtually
Showings are arranged around your schedule, with virtual tours available when you are out of town. Together, we will compare the homes and refine the search.
Offer, negotiate and open escrow
When you find the right home, I negotiate price and terms on your behalf. Once your offer is accepted, I schedule inspections and coordinate with your lender and escrow team.
Closing, keys and beyond
From paperwork and deadlines to the final walkthrough and closing, the details stay coordinated. After you get the keys, you can count on local referrals and ongoing support.
Our representation agreement.
Before touring, we will sign a buyer representation agreement outlining services and compensation. We will request that the seller pay my compensation as part of your offer.
Seller payment is not guaranteed; any buyer-paid balance is outlined in our agreement and discussed before you commit.
Compensation is negotiable, not set by law, and agreed in writing before we begin.
